I've enjoyed being a Group X Instructor for many years. I have instructed many different formats and in many different arenas;from fitness clubs and universities to high schools and local businesses. I began my career as a personal trainer and later changed to Group Fitness. This was where I fell in love with Aerobic Kickboxing. I taught a boot camp drill style of class for many years. Always trying to be aerobically challenging, yet entertaining at the same time. I've have taught up to 8 Kickboxing classes in a week, which left me no time to be creative with choreography. A year ago, I was introduced to Turbo Kick and fell instantly in LOVE. After teaching my former style for over a decade I became bored with Kickboxing and was about to give up. Turbo Kick breathed new life into this hardcore instructor. I love the pre-formatted style, the awesome music, and the freedom to be Me times 2. I was instantly identified as a Gold instructor, because of form, energy, and enthusiasm. He is a motivator of people. He submitted is application for Area Promotion Director and was invited to our exclusive Presenters Camp and was ask to join our team.

Well today was a good day. I had 3 exposures to the Beachbody opportunity. I had 3 classes and burned a gazillion calories. I've really been impressed with Beachbody the company. They have a tremendous team working for them. I think this company will be effecting the world's health crisis for years to come. I really like their Shakeology product. It's very versatile.
