I've enjoyed being a Group X Instructor for many years. I have instructed many different formats and in many different arenas;from fitness clubs and universities to high schools and local businesses. I began my career as a personal trainer and later changed to Group Fitness. This was where I fell in love with Aerobic Kickboxing. I taught a boot camp drill style of class for many years. Always trying to be aerobically challenging, yet entertaining at the same time. I've have taught up to 8 Kickboxing classes in a week, which left me no time to be creative with choreography. A year ago, I was introduced to Turbo Kick and fell instantly in LOVE. After teaching my former style for over a decade I became bored with Kickboxing and was about to give up. Turbo Kick breathed new life into this hardcore instructor. I love the pre-formatted style, the awesome music, and the freedom to be Me times 2. I was instantly identified as a Gold instructor, because of form, energy, and enthusiasm. He is a motivator of people. He submitted is application for Area Promotion Director and was invited to our exclusive Presenters Camp and was ask to join our team.
Ok So I really suck at this blog thing. Mostly because I haven't made it a priority in my life. Now I think I ready to try something new and I thought to myself, "what part of my life would I like to change?" And it came to me..
